Our shared space is fully furnished: well-equipped kitchen, functional bathroom, common area well lit, in-home washer & dryer, spacious private rooms, and a grand courtyard. Free Wi-Fi, monthly complementary housekeeping, free parking, recreation courtyard– it’s all at Hidden Courtyards. Explore Miami with the Metrorail, a 3 minute walk from our property, and visit Brickell or Downtown Miami– most commom option for commuting to school/work.

Lease Options
Our leases are short-term. This means you will NOT be tied down by contracts and long-term agreements. Stay for one year or one month, it's YOUR choice. Lease Terms: Academic Year Flexible/ Other Lease 30 Days Minimum

Miami has a well-developed public transportation system, making it easy to get around without a car. Lucky for you we are located 3 minutes away from the nearest metrorail station and bus stop. In other words, you will never be late.

Our property is a cultural and professional melting pot, just like Miami! Make friends, network, and create everlasting memories. While our rooms are private, our shared spaces allow for a comfortable and social atmosphere. In this city there are always opportunities for fun!
Amenities
Air conditioning, high speed internet access, laundry access, smoke free, all utilities included, complimentary monthly housekeeping, direct communication with house managers. Security: All rooms and main access doors have digital locks for the student's safety.
We house domestic and international students and employees & digital nomads from all over the world, most notably: South America, Europe, India, Africa, and more! You will be sharing a space with doctors in training, pilots and flight attendants, students from nearby universities; like-minded individuals who are always on the go.

Can you tell me about the location, and is it safe? 10 minutes north of Miami Airport. Yes, very safe. Most renters/students walk for public transportation (bus, train), no break-ins, or robberies. Crime can happen anywhere, always practice safety precautions. What is included in the rent? The property comes furnished. All utilities are included in the one low rental rate. Does the room have locks? Yes, your room and entry doors are equipped with a digital lock. Does the home have cooling? Yes, there is central air condition in the unit. Is there any parking? Yes, parking is free. There are no assigned parking spots. How many housemates? 5 private rooms, 5 housemates. Can I use the kitchen? Yes, you have access to the kitchen with all utensils, dining, living room, and laundry inside on the unit. Who are the other housemates? Medical students, aviation professionals, and other corporate professionals seeking temporary accommodations. Can I book for 1 night? No, our accommodations are for stays for 1 month or longer. Can I share a room to cut the cost? There is no room sharing the price of the room is for only one person. Do I get a discount because I am a student? Our rate is priced below the market in South Florida for affordability, so there are no further discounts that can be negotiable. Do I get my security deposit back? Yes, a security deposit is provided back if no violations to the lease agreement has been made. Will I share with the house with a man/woman? We have 2 options Same sex or Co-ed. What is the application process? Application-$100 fee. When is rent due? The rent is due the 1st of every month. A late fee will apply after the 5th. What is required to book? Letter of acceptance for school/ or current school schedule. A $100 application fee, $500 refundable security deposit and a 1 time cleaning fee $100. How can I check availability?
